(RTPs)
Why should you train with one of our recognised training providers?
- RTPs teach courses in a way that increases the likelihood that you will pass the certification exam, with exercises designed to consolidate your knowledge, lots of questions to test you along the way and plenty of tips on how best to prepare for the exam.
- RTPs have the UXQB seal of approval – there is nobody else we would rather have teaching our curricula.
- RTPs have all been where you are – they are only allowed to use trainers who have scored 80% or higher in the certification exams for the curricula they are teaching.
- RTPs are given extra resources to help you with your training, such as information on why certain terms are included in curricula, UXQB-endorsed models for training courses, and extra sets of test questions to use during training courses.
- RTPs are intimately familiar with the curricula and structure their training courses accordingly, and we keep them posted with all changes to curricula so you know you are always learning the most up to date content.
- As a direct link between you and us, RTPs are an incredibly important part of the UXQB network; we have a dedicated representative in the personal membership who looks after our RTPs and we always respond quickly whenever an RTP or any of their delegates have any questions, comments or concerns.
- RTPs have to pay an annual fee to be an RTP, so you know they are serious about training!
- RTP delegates are asked to evaluate RTPs after a training course, with the feedback coming to us, so you keep them (and us) honest.
- RTPs will only use UXQB-accredited certification providers so you know your exam questions and your certification will be genuine.
