Join us as a Recognised
Training Provider!
Why should you become a recognised training provider for the UXQB?

As a recognised traning provider…
- You will be able to list all your training courses in the official training calendars on this website
- You will get access to additional training materials, such as information on why certain terms are included in curricula, UXQB-endorsed models for training courses, and a complete, additional set of 40 test questions to use during training courses
- You will be able to use the “UXQB Recognised Training Provider” logo on your website, in your emails and in any other promotional materials
- For a fee, an examiner from an independent certification provider recognised by the UXQB will carry out a CPUX certification exam at the end of your training course
- You will be able to attend regular meetings with the UXQB in our RTP working groups, where you can ask questions of and make suggestions to the UXQB, and get great ideas and advice from fellow recognised training providers
- Recognised training providers have the UXQB seal of approval – there is nobody else we would rather have teaching our curricula
- We will keep you posted with all changes to curricula so you know you are always teaching the most up to date content
- Recognised training providers are an incredibly important part of the UXQB network; we have a dedicated representative in the personal membership who looks after every one of our recognised training providers, and we always respond quickly whenever you or any of your delegates have any questions, comments or concerns
- Simply by being a recognised training provider, you increase the credibility of the CPUX-certification program and thereby the value of your training offerings
What we expect from our recognised training providers
Help delegates pass exams
Recognised training providers should teach courses in a way that increases the likelihood that delegates will pass the certification exam, with exercises designed to consolidate their knowledge, lots of questions to test them along the way and plenty of tips on how best to prepare for the exam.
Base your teaching around the curricula
Recognised training providers must structure their training courses in accordance with the curricula they teach.
Use officially accredited certification
Recognised training providers must only use UXQB-accredited certification providers.
Collect feedback from delegates
Recognised training providers must ask delegates complete an evaluation form after a training course, which must then be sent to us.
Know the curricula you teach
Trainers must have scored 80% or higher in the certification exams for the curricula they teach.
Pay a modest annual fee
Recognised training providers have to pay an annual fee of 1.500 Euros. The fee remains unchanged since 2014.
